The Swedish Institute Impact Pioneers 2025 is an exclusive, fully funded leadership program designed for changemakers building local ecosystems in the climate tech and green innovation space. Over the course of eight weeks, this hybrid program combines virtual sessions with a one-week summit in Stockholm, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate with peers and industry experts from around the globe.

The program is aimed at individuals working in accelerators, incubators, innovation hubs, and entrepreneurship support organizations, with a clear focus on driving sustainable and impactful change in their local communities.

Individual Requirements:

• Be a citizen and resident of one of the 26 eligible countries:

  Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Poland, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, Thailand, Türkiye, Uganda, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zambia

• Currently working in an organization supporting entrepreneurship

• Possess good English communication skills

• Ability and authority to build international partnerships

• Willingness to collaborate, share knowledge, and engage actively

• Identified a challenge or opportunity to work on within your local climate tech ecosystem

Organizational Requirements:

• Locally owned and based in one of the eligible countries

• Supporting or planning to support entrepreneurship in sustainability

• Active contributions toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
