The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program, a prestigious initiative by the Hungarian Government, is now accepting applications for the academic year 2025-2026. How to Apply for the Scholarship

Follow these steps to apply for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship:

2. Apply Through Your Sending Partner
   Applications must be submitted through designated sending partners. For Pakistani students, the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) is the sending partner. Contact your local sending partner for specific application requirements.

3. Register and Submit Your Application
   Use the Tempus Public Foundation online application portal at apply.stipendiumhungaricum.hu. Create an account, select up to two programs, and upload the required documents.

4. Required Documents

   • Completed online application form (with a recent photo)
   • Motivation letter (at least 1 page, Times New Roman, 12-point font)
   • Proof of language proficiency and its translation
   • School certificates with translations
   • Graduation certificates (original) for bachelor’s and master’s levels
   • Academic transcripts
   • Copy of ID card or passport
   • Medical certificate (for nominated applicants)
   • Acceptance of the online system's application statement

5. Submit Medical Certificate
   Nominated applicants must submit a medical certificate confirming good health by 15th April 2025.

6. Participate in Entrance Exams
   Nominated applicants will be contacted by Hungarian universities to schedule entrance exams between March and May 2025. A minimum score of 56 out of 100 points is required for scholarship consideration.

7. Await Results
   Final scholarship results will be announced by the Tempus Public Foundation in June 2025.
