CrossCulture Fellowships Program Germany 2025

CrossCulture Fellowships Program Germany 2025

The CrossCulture Programme (CCP Fellowships) provides an outstanding platform for professionals and volunteers aiming to strengthen civil societies. Each year, approximately 55 to 60 participants from over 40 nations get the chance to spend 2-3 months working with host organizations either in Germany or in one of the CCP partner countries. This program offers participants the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, enhance their networks, and acquire intercultural competencies that can be applied upon their return to their home organizations.

The fellowship welcomes professionals from various sectors, including policy, media, human rights, and sustainable development. During the program, fellows engage in cross-cultural workshops, networking sessions, and professional meetings, fostering long-term international connections.

For the 2025 fellowship, participation is expected to be on-site, but digital participation is available for those with specific circumstances. This program offers a fantastic opportunity for civil society professionals to advance their careers while contributing to global societal progress.

Benefits of the CCP Fellowship

Participants of the CCP Fellowship benefit from:

  • A monthly stipend of €650 for international fellows, covering travel costs, accommodation, public transport passes, health insurance, and visa fees. German fellows receive €1,200 per month.
  • Opportunities to participate in workshops, networking events, and mentoring programs with global professionals.
  • Experience working within a host organization in another cultural setting, contributing your expertise while gaining new perspectives.
  • After completing the fellowship, participants join a dynamic and growing alumni network.
